About this class
In the midst of the idyllic nature of Fürstenberg (Havel), a creative day full of inspiration and expression awaits you. After a walk in the forest, we sketch there — with sticks, ink, pencil or ballpoint pen. Back in the Blue House by the Lake, we deepen our sketches, combine them into a drawing, and revise them painterly with pastel, chalk or acrylic. Whether outdoors, in the woods or in the studio — it's the process that counts here, not the perfect result. Ideal for anyone who wants to combine art and nature.
Experienced course instructor Silke Kirschning will accompany you.

What to bring to the class
- Suitable old clothes
- Good shoes, warm socks
- Water bottle & thermos
- mosquito repellent, etc.
- outdoor seat pad (stool if necessary)
- Contribution to a midday snack in case of intolerance
What is included in the class?
- 7-hour workshop (10:30 — 17:30)
- Accompaniment by an experienced course instructor with inspiration and individual support
- Drawing materials available for free:
- paper in various formats
- charcoal, graphite, pencils, chalks and more
- Studio use including easels, drawing boards, clips, etc.
- Lunch snack (If you want, bring something else you'd like to share.)
- Drinks when you're in the blue house
- Exchange & reflection round with an outlook

Who is the class suitable for?
The course is aimed at anyone who would like to go for a walk and draw about their immediate surroundings — even in bad weather. Please wear appropriate clothing. Whether you're drawing for the first time or already have experience: You're welcome!
The course is particularly suitable for you if you:

The course offers space for both free work and guided exercises. Depending on your interest, you can get involved and work at your own pace.
